Degree courses

Our range of courses provide you with a thorough grounding of the nature and power of food as a commodity. They focus on understanding the science underpinning the behaviour of food along the supply chain, and the effects of foods and diets on health. The three courses are distinctive and delve into these topics to different depths – allowing you to select those areas of study that best suit your interests and talents. Compare the module structure of each course to help you decide which path might be right for you.

You can also choose to undertake an optional year-long placement during your degree, either working in industry or studying abroad, both of which are very popular.
