Great food science and nutrition facilities

Our School of Food Science and Nutrition enjoys its very own building on campus.

It’s got several labs maintained by technical experts, helping you to realistically reproduce industrial methods of food processing, as well as developing, testing and analysing new food products.

Our building also has really easy access to the University’s main lecture theatres and computer rooms, as well as its own common room.

All of our courses are accredited by the Institute for Food Science and Technology (IFST), and our BSc Nutrition course is accredited by the Association for Nutrition (AfN).
